Health Check

Hello there. Let’s talk about health. Do you care about your health? I asked you that because I had a health checkup today which I do it once a year, every year. Kobe city is the one that offers this service. I don’t know what the results mean, when I receive them, because I am not a doctor and I don’t read Japanese, either. I bring it to my doctor and he often says that everything is fine.

I don’t worry much about the results of my check up because I try to have a healthy life with a lot of healthy food and plenty of exercise. I think the kind of life style and diet people have is what make us healthy.

I often catch a cold during the flu season, something that happen to almost everybody and this is a minor illness that affects all of us. It is always good to have a health check, even though I keep a good diet and a healthy lifestyle. And it is always good to know how our bodies are inside. So, check your health regularly and take a good care of yourself.

Olá. Vamos falar sobre saúde. Você se importa com a sua saúde? Perguntei isso porque fiz um checape hoje, que faço uma vez por ano, todos os anos. A cidade de Kobe  oferece esse serviço. Não sei o significado dos resultados, quando os recebo,, porque não sou médico e tao pouco  leio japonês. Levo o resultado para meu médico e ele costuma dizer que está tudo bem.

Não me preocupo muito com os resultados do meu checape,  porque tento ter uma vida saudável, com muita alimentação saudável e bastante exercício. O estilo de vida e a dieta que cada um tem é o que nos faz saudáveis.

Costumo pegar um resfriado durante a temporada de gripe, algo que acontece com quase todo mundo e esta é uma doença leve que afeta a todos nós. É sempre bom fazer um checape de saúde, e manter uma boa alimentação e um estilo de vida saudável. E é sempre bom saber como está o nosso corpo por dentro. Portanto, verifique sua saúde regularmente e cuide bem dela.
